By purchasing, accessing, or using any Escape The Clinic, LLC (the “Company”) materials, tool, or content (collectively, the "Resources"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Resources.
The Resources are provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. You hereby acknowledge that no provider-patient relationship is formed with the Company, or any of its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, by your use of the Resources. The Company does not provide clinical services, prescriptions, or individualized advice.
You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified licensed healthcare provider before considering any information in the Resources. Many peptides discussed are not FDA-approved for human use and are sold as research chemicals only.
This is not a healthcare service or covered entity activity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). See 45 C.F.R. § 160.103). No protected health information (“PHI”) is collected or maintained for treatment, payment, or healthcare operations purposes. Any inputs you provide generate general educational examples only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and all of its of its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your access to or use of the Resources, including but not limited to any decisions regarding sourcing, dosing, or use of any substances.
In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Resource. The Company provides the Resources "as is" with no warranties.
These Terms are governed by governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue for any action relating to these Terms shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
By proceeding with purchase or use of the Resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
